5. Shipping and Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

6. Exchanges and Returns

We do not offer refunds, as each product is made to order. However, you have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request an exchange.

To begin an exchange, email us at animeveyra@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the replacement item you’d like. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your original item.

All exchange items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Of equal or lesser value than the replacement item

Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during shipment cannot be accepted for exchange.
