Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. This time allows us to ensure that your product meets our quality standards and is packaged safely for delivery.

Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your region and chosen shipping method. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

  • Canada and United States: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by the carrier and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days after your order is placed, please contact us at animeveyra@gmail.com.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website or during checkout when applicable.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local post office.
If you believe your package is lost or delayed, contact us at animeveyra@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in filing a claim or tracking it down with the carrier.
Please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.


8. Prepaid Return Labels for Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your request. Please follow the instructions provided in your email to return your product safely.
