Refund policy
We take pride in the quality and care that go into every product we create. Each item is customized and made to order, which means we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been completed. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as expected — and we want to make sure you end up with something you truly love.
That’s why we offer a 14-day exchange window from the day your order is delivered. During this period, you can request an exchange for a different item, style, or design that better suits your preferences.
How to Start an Exchange
To begin, please email us at animeveyra@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details about the new item you’d like instead. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the original product easily.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll begin processing your replacement. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your new item is on its way.
Exchange Guidelines
To keep things smooth for everyone, please make sure that:

The product is returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.

We cannot accept exchanges on products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations not made by us.
Please note that this policy applies to exchanges only. Refunds, order cancellations, and returns for cash or credit are not available at this time.
